Ridin’ My Bike

1. Ridin’ my bike is such a big thrill
Can I make it, can I make it to the top of the hill?
Sun shining down on my freckled face
I pretend I am ridin’ in a cross country race

2. Cruisin’ down the sidewalk at break neck speed
Keep an eye out for the dog with the big sharp teeth
Up to the corner and then hang on tight
Don’t forget to stop at the traffic light

Chorus
Oooh – I’m feelin’ fine
On these wheels of mine
I’ll go any-anywhere my dreams will lead

3. Now it’s into the jungle through a swarm of bees
Watchin’ for the boas hanging from the trees
Listen to the drums beatin’ the night
Path’s kinda rough, I better hand on tight!

Chorus

4. Pedal ‘cross the desert in the bright, hot sun
Sneak up on the camels and then watch ‘em run
Spy a magic bottle with a genie inside
Maybe he will take me for a carpet ride

Chorus

Bridge
Now I’m up to warp speed, I’m flyin’ through the air
Wonder if I’ll see my house from way up there
Try and catch a glimpse of the man in the moon
Mom wants me back for supper soon

Down through the clouds now, I land like an ace
Coming to the end of this cross country race
Past the old school and the streets I know
Up the last hill, so I’ll take it slow…

5. Ridin’ my bike is such a big thrill
I can make it, I can make it to the top of the hill
Sun shinin’ down on my freckled face
Yes, I am the winner of this cross country race

Chorus
